  4. Shipping Fees: Free shipping for standard shipping orders. 3.99$ for expedited shipping orders.

International Shipping

  2. Shipping Methods: We ship internationally via USPS or UPS. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, usually between 10-20 business days.
  3. Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply. These fees are not included in our shipping charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at service@obkiko.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.
